Relation With Allah (SWT) in Times of Disease

It takes time to regain health after disease leaves. Even a fever of a day shakes up an elephant like body. Whatever precautions you take a disease that is coming will come. Whatever problem you have turn to Allah (SWT). Allah (SWT) says, "I gave this slave a disease but he did not indulge in thanklessness". "I gave him health but he did not become haughty".

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

The Fleeting Visitor

Disease comes and it goes away. But it does not give a warning before it comes visting.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Comparative Health and Disease

If you pay close attention then you shall realize that the time span of health is much longer than that of disease.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Hazrat Thanwi (RA) and Shah Wasiullah Sahab (RA)

This was common to Hazrat Thanwi and Shah Wasiullah Sahab (RA), I was present with latter, that they would not make their illness public. The point was that to how many you shall communicate once you have recovered. People will come for visiting, this would result in extra burden of work for they will have to be treated like guests.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

The Trick, the Con

There are some people who can extract other people's disease. There is nothing miraculous in this act. Of course this is achieved with lots of hard work and struggle. This is common to believers as well as unbelievers. A nonbeliever gets his reward in this world itself.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Wrong Inclination

Today we are inclined towards materialistic things. Even a Ventilator (in medical emergency) will help only if there is a permission from Allah (SWT).

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

The Desert Saga

When you travel by your own vehicle even at the speeds of 120 or 130 you do not see civilization for hours. How fast can you travel with a camel? Even a short journey would take two weeks. This is the desert in which Companions (RA) sweated it out to spread the message of Islam.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Short Age, Long Deeds

Amongst Elders Khwaja Baqi Billah (RA) got very short age. But biggest of scholars of his time turned to him. Amongst scholars it was Maulana Abdul Hayi of Firangi Mahal who got only 39 years of age but he wrote about a hundred books. This is a fete that will survive till the end times. Lucknow had a French mansion that they sold. This is what is known as Firangi Mahal.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Way of Hazrat Umar (RA)

Hazrat Umar (RA) was making sounds of pain because of some ailment. A Companion (RA) remarked that you are so brave then why do you utter this sound. He (RA) said shouldn't he display his servitude to his Lord?

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Affection from Our Lord Most High

Till there is injunction from Allah (SWT) the medicine has its nature (to cure). Allah (SWT) tell us to look up (to Him)- why do you look down, He (SWT) says.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Martyrdom for a Shaikh (RA)

Hazrat Thanwi (RA) wrote so many books. But Allah (SWT) wanted to raise his stature further. Hazrat (RA) got a stomach ailment that ultimately lead to his sad demise. He got the status of a martyr.

Hayat-ul-Muslimeen ( Life of Believers by Hazrat Thanwi (RA)) is a thorough book. Everyone should read it very.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

A Matter of Caution

Whatever Shaikh forbids then do not disobey him in that.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

The Way Allah (SWT) Deals With Us

When Allah (SWT) wants to raise someone's stature and he does not have good deeds in that proportion then Allah (SWT) gets him involved in some problem. Allah (SWT) got every Messenger (AS) in disease.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Directly Proportional

More you shall cry (before God in repentance for your sins) more progress you shall make.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

The Positive Side of Trials

When one is is in a trouble or problem then think of the bigger trouble or problem and heave the sigh of relief that you were let off with a cheaper price.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Aspects of Disease

A disease is boon as well as a curse. It is a boon for a Believer. If a disease creates a feeling of displeasure in heart then assume that it is a punishment. If your heart is agreeable with the Will of Allah (SWT) then it is a boon.

(Majlis (Sitting) on Thursday, December 19, 2012)

Watch Out Your Moment

Every moment there are changes in being. His every moment is directed towards annihilation.

About Last Three Days

Hazrat Shaikh (DB) conducted the Majlis (Sitting) today, first one in last three days. He had taken ill for last two days and is fine now by the Praise to Allah (SWT). Vignettes from today's Majlis reflect this background.

Advisory Board of Mazahir Uloom

Madarsa Mahazir Uloom, Saharanpur is next only to Dar-ul-Uloom, Deoband in status.
Today Hazrat Shaikh (DB) informed this sinner that  he has accepted to be in the Advisory Board (Shoorah) of Mazahir Uloom. Hazrat Shaikh (DB) is already in the Advisory Board of Dar-ul-Uloom.

Visiting Dr Nadir Ali Khan Sahab (DB)

Hazrat Hakim Muhammed Kalimullah Sahab Damatbarkatuhum reached Anona House for the first time yesterday after this years Haj.

Today, on December 6, 2012, he visited Dr Nadir Ali Khan around 12:30 Noon. Dr Khan has been keeping unwell for some time. He had an accident a few decades ago in the US while he was in a Jama-'at there. The after effects of that event are felt till today, for example, a vertebra lost calcium and the problem is to revitalize it.

Dr Khan was taking some sun outside and a few young men together with yours truly listening to his conversation which has very high levels of Balaghah even in a very informal chit chat. Hazrat Shaikh (DB) left in less than few minutes but surprisingly a number of topics were exchanged by both of the Elders during these few minutes. Hazrat Shaikh (DB) was accompanied by Qari Ilyas sahab, Hakim Huzaifa and Advocate Yusuf Sahab. Hazrat Shaikh (DB) came with Zam Zam and some other gift of Haj.

After Hazrat Shaikh (DB) left yours truly too headed for the exit, after due permission from the host. Dr Khan Sahab (DB) remarked, "Dr Sahab some times I am jealous of myself?" To pacify the curiosity on yours truly's face he said, " I just got a visit from one of the biggest Elders of our Ummah."

Allahu Akbar. Dr Khan Sahab (DB) is senior to Hazrat Shaikh (DB) but his hair is less white - Dr Khan Sahab (DB) is a former wrestler! Dr Khan Sahab (DB) was surprisingly informed about what Hazrat Shaikh (DB) has been telling in the Harmain. He said that you have criticized the over spending or electricity, water and and on table spread but add more thing from my side. It is mobile. There is too much useless talk going on mobile. A man comes to the mosque. Makes ablution. Prays two units of Ablustion. Then Four Units Sunnah Non-regular. And then his movile rings. When the Salah is about to begin the man is taken out of the Mosque by Allah (SWT). I say switch off your mobile at prayer times.

There were many other things but this should suffice for now.

Apology That is Overdue

This sinner tenders his heartfelt apology to all those connoisseurs of mysticism, zealous followers of Islam,  staunch slaves of Allah (SWT) who come here in search of some solace by reading posts about Allah (SWT) as enunciated Hazrat Shaikh Hakim Muhammed Kalimullah Sahab (DB). Sinner has made a conscious effort to disengage from an activity that was occupying his attention for quite some time. Now the sinner earnestly seeks your kind supplications to get back to this blessed task of reporting the happenings in the Sitting ( Majlis) of Hazrat Shaikh (DB).

And the ability, capability, capacity and opportunity to do any thing is from Allah (SWT) only.

Purity of Intent and Wasteful Marriages

(In wasteful marriages father and  son will shift the blame to the other one). This is not a matter between father and son - it is a matter of truth and falsehood. (Some of the guests attend these marriages in spite of the fact that it is not permissible to participate in objectionable (Munkar) activities. If this is pointed out to them then they react in the following manner). Sir if we do not attend these marriages then what will people say? It is clear that purity of intent (Ikhlas) has gone out. (They are attending the marriage to please people and not Allah (SWT).) To travel for long distances for just a one feast is also not permissible. Whatever expenditures will be incurred on that - how will that be accounted for (on the Day of Judgement)? Even Maulana Rabey Nadwi Sahab (DB) have agreed with these points. It pleases the heart a lot when someone concurs with you. Any one attending a marriage party with out purity of intent enters like a thief and leaves like a bandit.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Friday, May11, 2012)

Marriage Party vs Army

Today this objectionable (Munkar) thing (large number of people being invited for marriage procession) is becoming very common. Marriage procession (Baraat) means an army. This disease is spreading even amongst religiously oriented people. Cards are printed. (This is unwarranted expenditure). (And if it is pointed out that there were excessive number of people in the marriage procession and party then they provide excuses like ) - actually I invited only ten people but some how it got increased to twenty, what can I do?

Shamshad Sahab Encircled by Divine Mercy

Shamshad Sahab was like a brother to Hazrat Shaikh (DB).
He was in his mid seventies, having retired as a Section Officer from AMU, seventeen years ago.
He was laid to rest yesterday on June 17, 2012 in the University Graveyard, Minto E, after Asr Prayers.
Till his health permitted he helped Hazrat Shaikh (DB) in the Matab (Dispensary) and was regularly present in the Majlis but for a few years his attendance dwindled owing again to health.
He was completely free from worldly trappings and even the close people will be hard pressed to find any material for a biography, if any one should get any such idea, but if the attendance in the funeral is any evidence then he was a very pious man and that he was. At the grave yard it was a sort of gathering of angels to say adieu to this thoroughly guileless soul. Miraculously people from as far as Kolkata, Raebareli, Lucknow and Hardoi were there at the funeral including people from Deoband, Muradabad as well as local. He was not a Tablighi by any stretch of imagination but all senior Jama-at people were present in the funeral.
He has left behind man children and grand children and Ummah, Lord Most High willing, will  remember him with gratitude because of the progeny left behind by him, especially because of Mufti Muhammed Usama, may Allah (SWT) keep him safe, his youngest son.

Late Shamshad Sahab (RA) was a Majaz-e-Sohbat of late Qari Amir Hasan Sahab (RA).

Transfer of Nisbat

Mufti Shabbir Ahmed of Lakhi Sarai, Bihar who is Khalifa of Hazrat Shaikh (DB) went to see Dr Nadir Ali Khan Sahab (DB) who is not keeping well lately. The meeting took place for one and half an hour. Usually Dr Khan (DB) does not entertain people for more than half an hour. One of the remarks made by him was that some of the things of Hazrat Qari Amir Hasan Sahab (RA) has been transferred to your Shaikh.

Matters of Tongue

That is why I say that if you protect your tongue then it will be easy to protect your other body parts (from committing sins). Hazrat Wala (Muhi-us-Sunnah Shah Abrar-ul-Haq Haqqi (RA)) used to do the following. If during the talk he picked up speed or his volume increased the he would immediately become completely silent. Or he would change the topic. Or he would leave. Since that was the routine of my Shaikh I too follow the same. Once a person sought permission to visit Hazrat Wala (RA). Hazrat Wala (RA) wrote back that you can come but you do not have the permission to speak. He was permitted to listen only. When he came then he did not speak for some time but later started saying things. Hazrat Wala (RA) called him and reminded him of the condition. Since he had broken the agreement he was asked to leave. Similarly he person gave a gift to Hazrat Shah Wasiullah Sahab (RA). After some time he started offering his opinion about the things. Hazrat (RA) was puzzled. Then this person was called into seclusion. Hazrat (RA) had not used the gift given by that person. Hazrat (RA) said this is the thing that has inspired you to start commenting - now you have to take it back.

Allowed and Forbidden

If you meet the people of Allah(SWT) then they shall tell you about what are allowed things and what are forbidden.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Ignorant Guide

Today we indulge in Dawah. We are calling people to Deen. But we ourselves are ignorant. (Never be oblivious to your own training.)

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Learn Recitation

It is obligatory to learn Recitation of Noble Qur'an. If you recite wrongly then you are sinning.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Scholars - The Appropriate Status

Whatever you do - do it after consulting Scholars. Today we degrade Scholars. Degradation of Scholars as well as pride are grave sins.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Preferable for Remembrance

It is preferable that you make an ablution before indulging in Remembrance of Allah(SWT).

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Make Your Choice

There is a path to success and progress and there is a path to doom. (We sometimes do ignore such simple facts.)

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Cure According to Condition

Condition Changed, Cure Changed. If Shaikh has written one prescription for a patient then it does not mean that the same cure will be applicable to other patients too.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Warning from Horse's Mouth

This is the saying of the same person who started the work of Jama'at. He said that till Jama'at keeps itself busy in Remembrance of Allah(SWT) it shall remain successful while the moment it strays away from remembrance then it will end up in the waywardness.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Gradual Approach

For an infant initially things like egg yolk and  honey are given. If heavier things are fed then it will be very harmful. Only later the child is promoted to bread.

A Blessed Man

Got to meet a person. He is not very old. For last thirteen years he offers his Prayers in Haram and that too in the first row. He is very alert about his presence there.

Shah Abdul Ghani Phoolpuri (RA)

Shah Abdul Ghani Phoolpuri (RA) would enter Haram around three in the morning and would come out around eleven.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

How to Attain Spiritual Condition?

Appropriate spiritual condition does not come because of excessive Remembrance of Allah(SWT). (It comes because of regularity.) That is why our Elders advise very small amount of Remembrance in the beginning. (After maintaining this minimal schedule for some time) when the appropriate spiritual condition is achieved then the seeker will himself be able to do higher amounts of remembrance.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

Advantage of Fear of Allah

A person in whose heart fear of Allah(SWT) has taken roots will not be demeaned in this world. Also his sustenance will be increased.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

By the Hook or by the Crook

The fact that problems of Ummah are increasing is because of the reason that we do not worry about earning pure sustenance. We indulge in breaching of trust. If you fail in an examination because of your adherence to fair means then this is the root to Jannah. If you pass by unfair means and breach of trust then that is the root to Hell.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

False Confidence

Today we do not have an inclination towards good deeds. We are busy with bad deeds. Allah(SWT) keeps disbursing our sustenance without distinction. Only occasionally He decides to give a shock.

(Sitting (Majlis) on Tuesday, March 6, 2012)

From Great to Small

Purpose of Efforts

You have come to this world with your fate (this includes sustenance). Work and struggle to get this thing that has been assigned for you.

Why They Disclose?

It is advisable for man (and woman) to appoint and assign some time to take stock of his (or her) actions. To keep in eye on himself (or herself). To keep auditing himself (herself). Clearly one day, after death, one has to leave this world. So what is it that we are going to take with us? Today we display our actions to world by saying words like, "Alhamdulillah today I recited ten parts (of the Noble Qur'an)". Now for whom you are doing these action He is All-Seeing and All-Hearing (and hence you do not have to make a show of it all). And if People of Allah(SWT) do disclose some of their actions then the purpose is that other people take admonition from their actions.

On Qari Sahab(NM)

A pang of pain crosses heart when we have to call Qari Sahab with the honorific of Nawwarallahu Marakadhu. The words a person uses through out his life the very same words come on his tongue at his last time. When pain started Qari Sahab(RA) started reciting the words : I repent from kufr and shirk etc. His grandson suggested to recite Ya Salaamu.  That is what Qari Sahab(RA) was reciting when he left this world. It was Tahajjud time and thus he did not missed any regular Prayers and no other worship was left out. He protected himself from sins and devoted his life in the service of Deen. His body was carried on shoulders in a city like Mumbai. Lakhs of people participated in the funeral process and a distance of seven kilometers was covered in half an hour. He had memorized the Noble Qur'an but did not disclose it to the people. In spite of being a practicing Scholar he used to contact scholars in matters of Religion in the first go. There have been two Elders who used to keep themselves hidden from the people. Another one was Shah Muhammed Ahmed Sahab Pratapgarhi (RA). I saw his village - it was so much in the interior that it was difficult to approach.

After Qari Amir Hasan Sahab (RA)

Standing on the twenty fifth floor of a Mumbai high rise Mufti Usama, may Allah(SWT) provide him protection, is mulling over what to do. Loneliness of the vacuum left behind by Hazrat Qari Sahab (RA) is only accentuated by the void out side the sky scraper. When some one dies on Friday, as it happened in case of Hazrat Qari Sahab (RA), one is counted as a martyr. And one's tomb is extended to his native place if one dies away from home and one also gets the status of martyrdom. Allah(SWT)'s bounty know no limits and the status of a martyr, twice over, is no surprise for an Elder is already bestowed with the higher status of a Siddique in his life.
Mufti Usama told that Qari Sahab (RA)'s Funeral Prayer was lead bu Maulvi Qutbuddin - Qari Sahab (RA)'s grandson. Qari Sahab (RA)'s only son died several years back having left three sons behind. For last many weeks Qari Sahab(RA) was camped in Delhi because his daughter-in-law went through some medical procedures. He also has left a daughter behind and has several grand children from that side. Maulvi Qutbuddin was, for some time, discharging the duties of chief assistant of Hazrat Qari Sahab (RA). Like Maulvi Qutbuddin, like Mufti Usama Hazrat Qari Sahab (RA) has left a big vacuum in the life of so many people. Yours truly too got a dream that must be immediately after the sad demise of Hazrat Qari Sahab (RA). Yours truly is one of the relatives and after coming out of the population there is the view of an Eidgah and a Mosque. Both are old and exquisite in their get up but deserted. Yours truly remarked to the relative that I feel like crying at their condition. We shall leave the proper interpretation to the scholars but few things can still be remarked. Both of these places are places of worship, places of 'Ibadah. These are deserted when 'Abids are absent. In all probability it was the heralding of the fact that an 'Abdal has left this world. Of course it is also an indication that we the mourners must pay special attention to 'Ibadah - our worship of Lord Most High.

Hazrat Qari Amir Hasan Sahab (RA) was born in district Siwan of Bihar in India. Initial education was received there only. Then he took admission in Mazahir Uloom, Saharanpur, UP, India and finished his education there. He got khilafah from Shaikh-ul-Hadeeth Maulana Muhammed Zakariya Kandhalvi (RA) in very early age. In deed Shaikh-ul-Hadeeth (RA) is reported to have said that when Allah(SWT) will ask as to what I brought from the world then I'll present Amir Hasan. Qari Sahab (RA) has left behind a large number of khulafa of both kind - the number will easily cross hundred. Allah(SWT) continuously chose him for the journey of Haj since 1977 including the last Haj. According to Hijri he got an age of 91 years.

May Allah(SWT) have Mercy upon him and elevate his status.

Qari Amir Hasan Sahab Encircled by Divine Mercy

Announcing the passing away of Remainder and Reminder of Pious Predecessors Hazrat Qari Amir Hasan Sahab today morning on Friday, February 23, 2012 at Mumbai. Burial is scheduled for after Friday Prayers in Mumbai.

Verily we are for our Lord and unto Him is our return. May Allah(SWT) grant him a place in Jannat-ul-Firdaus, honourable patience to the grieved family and all those who were associated with him and a replacement of him for the Ummah.

Different Commands

There are different commands. Commands of Allah(SWT), commands of beloved Prophet(PBUH) and commands of our own Baser Self. Now whose commands must we follow? Obeying the first two is obligatory on us. On the other hand if you follow the commands of the Baser Self then you on the road to destruction.  Today we are trampling over the Doctrine (Shariah) by following commands of our Baser Self. Remember these degrees of the world ultimately become useless - some times eaten by termite.

Retired and Useless

You often hear people say that I have retired as if he has become useless. Aren't you getting the pension?

Organize Your Life

Value your time. Find a guide for yourself. And the guide should be such that he knows the difference between the original and the duplicate.

True Prophecy

It used to be said that a time will come when father will be scared of his son. Now is that time. We read stories to the same effect everyday in the newspapers.

Necessary Condition for Remembrance of Allah(SWT)

It is one of the conditions of indulging in Remembrance of Allah Almighty that you find a guide for yourself. Suppose some take anti-biotic medicines incessantly then what will happen to him. Or an adult's dose is give to a child? That is why you need a guide.

Physical Safety

Hazrat Fuzail Bin Ayaz (RA) said that keep your tongue in control and you shall get the security of your life.

Modern Habits

It is just not happening today that people call you to good things and forbid the bad things.

Subtle Variations in Victory and Defeat

If there is Reliance on Allah(SWT) and Fear of Allah(SWT) then Allah(SWT) will give complete victory. That is what happened in Badr but there was slight lack of patience in Uhud so it lead to defeat. Similarly there came some vanity because of numbers in case of Hunain and this too lead to a defeat.

Tricky Relaxation

When Allah(SWT) wants He can give relaxation for years but when His grip comes in effect then no one can save the person. Think of Qaddhafi. He ruled for decades but when the end came it came filled with lessons. The country is there, so is the gold but he is gone. Today we ready to give our life for the lands but not for the Truth.

Khalid Bin Walid (RA)

As soon as Hazrat Khalid Bin Walid got the letter that he is no more the Commander-in-Chief he immediately got off the horse and said that yesterday I was a soldier and so am I today. If this kind of order was served today it will lead to a revolt in the Army.

Lower Form of Behaviour

Even educated people behave in bad manner. They abuse others. They try things that are unpleasant to get the worldly things. If I win this election then I'll do this too him and that.

Common and Special

Have a look at the built up of a common man and a special man. Both have the same apparent construction but their realities are different. There are signs of Allah(SWT) in this.

Tricky Glare of This World

There is this story about the tomb of conqueror. It was made of gold and there was a plaque nearby it. It said that this much was my daily income. (This is the end of such a life.) Find some time to ponder as to what our Lord has sent us for.

Prophetic Upbringing

Upbringing of Prophets(AS) was done by Allah(SWT). We have expectations from this world.

Jail is Jail

This world is like a jail for the believers. Even if a person goes to jail even for a moment only then his character is blemished. (Hence this world is not a preferable station.)

Route to Friendship

The basis of Friendship of Allah is Fear of Allah. Unless you develop Fear of Allah you can not be a Friend of Allah.

No Fancy Stories

The Verses of the Holy Qur'an are not stories for entertainment. Every line has thousands of admonitions. If you save yourself from sins then lots of knowledge behind them will open up to you.

A Tyrant and His End

There was an atrocious man. His atrocities reached this level that he got his own brother-in-law embedded alive in a wall. His end too was miserable. He was sitting on the railway station in a wretched state. Some one asked as to what is is he waiting for. He said that that he has no conveyance to take him home.

Superiority of Human Race

There is no measure of this Grace of Lord Most High that the sons of Adam have been made the best of the creatures. (But our behaviour does not reflect that.) Even in big institutions you find that people are creating problems for others. Will you never grow old yourself? People indulge in atrocities out of the energy flowing out of youth and young age.

Munificence and Affability

Munificence (Sakhawat) and Affability (Murawwat) is the new topic started by Hazrat Shaikh Hakim Muhammed Kalimullah Sahab (DB). As usual the conversation will flow in various directions beginning with these two desirable qualities.

 ***
Munificent
adjective
1.
extremely liberal in giving; very generous.
2.
characterized by great generosity: a munificent bequest.

Affable
adjective
1.
pleasantly easy to approach and to talk to; friendly; cordial; warmly polite: an affable and courteous gentleman.
2.
showing warmth and friendliness; benign; pleasant: an affable smile.

Unfortunately the latter word does not serve the purpose required by original Urdu word Murawwat but for the time being we shall compromise on it.

Talking About Friends of Allah

It was told yesterday that there are many benefits of talking about friends of Allah(SWT). By talking about them one becomes closer to Allah(SWT). Also by talking about the friends of Allah (SWT) sins are left behind.

Thus Spake Shaikh Sa'adi (RA)

Balaghal ‘ula bi kamalihi
Kashafadujja bi jamalihi
Hasanat jami’u hisalihi
Sallu ‘alayhi wa Aalihi

He attained exaltation by his perfection.
He dispelled darkness by his beauty.
Beauteous are all his qualities,
Benediction be on him and on his family.

Nawab Ishrat Ali Khan Qaisar (RA)

Yesterday Sunni Forum had reported about the passing away of Nawab Ishrat Ali Khan Sahab Qaisar. The funeral prayer was lead by Mufti Rafi Usmani Sahab (DB) and Nawab Sahab (RA) was laid to rest in the Dar-ul-Uloom cemetery in Karachi. Hazrat Shaikh (DB) was remembering him fondly after the Sitting (Majlis) today. One more significant, a reminder of Thanwi (RA) era, has gone by. Verily we are for our Lord and unto him is our return. (See also.)
